Valmère™ Warranty

Your Valmère™ warranty is automatically activated the moment you purchase your watch.
We provide up to 2-year coverage on all watches sold through valmerewatches.com.

What’s Covered

Your warranty applies to the following manufacturing-related issues:

  • Internal movement defects

  • Mechanical malfunctions not caused by external factors

  • Manufacturer errors in assembly or timekeeping

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Batteries, straps, bracelets, or glass

  • Routine maintenance or cleaning

  • Wear-and-tear from normal daily use

  • Physical damage including scratches, cracks, dents, broken glass, damaged bezel, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other external impact

  • Damage caused by dropping, hitting, or misuse

  • Water damage caused by improper crown usage or exceeding the watch’s water-resistance rating

  • Any third-party repairs or modifications (these void the warranty entirely)

  • Missing or removed serial numbers

  • Loss, theft, or cosmetic issues that do not affect timekeeping

Important Notes

Valmère™ will, at our discretion:

(a) Repair the watch using new or refurbished parts,
or
(b) Replace the watch with the same model or a model of similar value and functionality.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for all warranty claims, including approved repairs or replacements.

If your claim is not eligible, we will notify you before any work is done. Should you choose to proceed with repairs outside of warranty coverage, all associated costs (parts + labor + shipping) will be your responsibility.
